The curriculum pathways are more pronounced in the secondary phase than in the junior secondary phase. The Upper Secondary, also known as Secondary 2, is a three-year program for Grades 10, 11 and 12 and culminates in final year certificates for secondary education. Learners pursuing the national pathway are prepared for Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) local examinations and attain competence to the equivalent TEVETA Level 2 and Level 1 Trade Certificate for those following the vocational pathway.

Learners pursuing the international pathway with Cambridge receive instruction and preparation leading to the International General Certificate of Education (IGCSE). The IGCSE programme concludes with external examinations at the end of Grade 12. Upper Secondary learners must take at least one Modern Foreign Language.
