Following our visit to the University of Zambia to commemorate International Mother Tongue Day on February 21, we are thrilled to share that Suwilanji Nakazwe, our Form 1 student, was selected to participate in the Bemba Breakfast Show on ZNBC, themed “Imiti Ikula Empanga”.
This incredible opportunity demonstrates Suwilanji’s talent and marks a significant achievement in her journey. Her selection for such a prestigious platform reflects her exceptional skills and passion for preserving and promoting Zambian languages and culture. At Ashford Academy, we are committed to providing the best value to our learners by offering them opportunities to grow, explore their talents, and become functional members of society. We believe in nurturing every student’s potential, and this recognition of Suwilanji is just one example of how our students excel beyond the classroom.
We are incredibly proud of Suwilanji’s achievement and look forward to supporting her as she continues to shine and inspire others. Keep up the great work, Suwilanji!
