On June 13th, Ashford Academy was filled with excitement, energy, and unstoppable determination as students gathered for the Inter-House Athletics Competition. This annual event is more than just a contest—it’s a celebration of perseverance, teamwork, and the Ashford spirit.

From the first race to the final jump, our students gave it their all, representing their houses—Kofi Annan, Nelson Mandela, Patrice Lumumba, and Samora Machel—with pride and passion. The track was alive with fierce competition, the field events displayed incredible talent, and the cheering from the sidelines reminded us of the unity that defines our school.

After a thrilling day of events, Samora Machel House emerged victorious with an impressive 419 points. Nelson Mandela House followed closely with 395, Patrice Lumumba with 376, and Kofi Annan with 355. Every house fought hard, making this one of the most competitive athletics events yet.

Congratulations to Samora Machel for a well-deserved win—and to all students, thank you for reminding us that true victory lies in effort, courage, and never giving up.

Ashford Academy—where champions are made!
